When completely implemented, this boardroom will allow anyone with any level of technical skills to run meetings or presentations with touch of a button. Entering the room, there will be a small controller on the wall that has 4 pre programmed button. Once the “Meeting” button is pressed lights dim to 50%, white screen automatically rolls down, projector turns on and goes to laptop input , and audio level is adjusted for video playbacks. That means by the time attendees sit on their chairs, everything is ready to go.
